We are pleased to announce that we are now selling organic beef, sourced locally and exclusively from Hill Farm in Duns Tew.

Beef is supplied by Charles and Caroline Landless's South Devon and Charolais cross herd at Duns Tew. Their farm has been wholly organic for 10 years and carries the Soil Association certification.

| The suckler beef herd currently consists of about 80 cows, half of which calve in the spring and the remainder in summer and early autumn. During the summer the cattle graze on red and white clover and grass leys. Over winter they are housed in straw bedded barns and are fed home grown organic oats, wheat and silage. | ||
